Our Work Speaks Volumes

Real projects, real stories from across Canada

You know what? Each project here's got its own personality. We don't do cookie-cutter stuff - every building, every space tells a different story about the folks who live or work there.

Projects That Made Us Proud

Over the years, we've had the chance to work with some incredible clients who trusted us with their vision. From cozy family homes to ambitious commercial spaces, here's what we've been up to lately. Some took months, others took years, but they all taught us something new.

Contemporary home project

Lakeview Residence

Toronto, ON - 2023

This family wanted something that felt connected to the waterfront but still private. We played around with floor-to-ceiling glass on one side and natural stone on the other. The kids actually have their own wing, which saved everyone's sanity during lockdown.

Urban development project

Bloor West Tower

Toronto, ON - 2022

Mixed-use doesn't have to be boring. This one's got retail below, offices in the middle, and condos up top. The trick was making sure everyone had their own entrance.

Sustainable architecture

EcoHaven Commons

Mississauga, ON - 2023

Net-zero was the goal. We got pretty close with solar panels, geothermal heating, and a rainwater system that actually works.

Heritage restoration

Victorian Revival

Cabbagetown, Toronto - 2022

Working with century-old bricks isn't for the faint of heart. We kept the facade but gutted and modernized everything inside.

Interior design project

Tech Startup Hub

King West, Toronto - 2023

Open concept but with enough breakout spaces so people can actually concentrate when needed. Exposed brick meets modern tech.

Luxury home interior

Rosedale Private Estate

Rosedale, Toronto - 2021

The client wanted "understated luxury" which sounds simple but isn't. Lots of natural materials, custom millwork, and lighting that changes with the time of day.

Commercial building design

Financial District Remodel

Downtown Toronto - 2022

Taking an 80s office building and making it relevant again. New curtain wall, better HVAC, and a lobby that doesn't feel like a time capsule.

Urban planning project

West Don Lands Master Plan

Toronto, ON - 2023

Community planning on a bigger scale. We mapped out green spaces, transit connections, and made sure there's actually stuff to do within walking distance.

Cottage architecture

Muskoka Lake House

Muskoka, ON - 2022

A year-round cottage that doesn't sacrifice comfort for location. Big windows facing the lake, a wood-burning stove that actually heats the place, and enough deck space for the whole extended family.

Minimalist design

Junction Loft

The Junction, Toronto - 2023

Less is more when you're working with 900 square feet. Smart storage solutions everywhere.

Restaurant design

Harbourfront Bistro

Harbourfront, Toronto - 2021

Restaurant design's tricky because it's gotta look good, work efficiently for staff, and turn tables without feeling rushed. We used flexible seating and acoustics that actually let people talk.

Housing development

Riverside Community Development

Etobicoke, ON - 2020-2023

A whole neighborhood from scratch. We learned a ton about infrastructure, zoning battles, and what makes a community actually feel like one. Mixed housing types so it's not just one demographic, pocket parks every few blocks, and bike lanes that connect to the larger network.

What's Not Shown Here

Honestly, there's a bunch of projects we can't show yet - some are still under construction, others are tied up in NDAs. We've also done tons of consulting work that doesn't photograph well but was just as important. Sometimes our best work is talking a client out of a bad idea before they spend money on it.

And yeah, not everything goes perfectly. We've had projects that went over budget, designs that needed major revisions, and a few where we just didn't click with the client's vision. That's part of the process though.
